Through our many years of experience at the Thoracic Center of the Klinik Floridsdorf in Vienna, we offer state-of-the-art diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the field of lung surgery and surgical thoracic oncology. In addition, we have a broad network of recognized specialists and cooperation partners.

In our private practice, we will advise you in detail on all your questions and concerns. We also offer the possibility of a second medical opinion for foreign patients, especially from Slovakia and Hungary. Communication takes place in German, Slovak and English.
For special examinations, we will refer you to our medical partners in the Neusiedl am See district or in Vienna. Surgeries can be performed at the Thoracic Center in the Klinik Floridsdorf or at a private hospital in Vienna.
Lung Cancer
Lung cancer is one of the most common types of cancer in Austria and can affect women and men of all ages. Diagnostics and therapy have made great progress in recent years and are now tailored to the individual needs of patients. Thanks to our many years of experience in this field, we can advise you on all modern diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Information about the private practice
Private physicians work without health insurance contracts. This means that you will initially have to pay the ordination fee yourself. However, your compulsory insurance can reimburse you up to 80% of the respective statutory health insurance tariff. You will receive a detailed invoice from us, including a reimbursement form for submission to your compulsory insurance provider.
In our practice you can pay in cash or conveniently by debit or credit card.
